What does Oxira do exactly?

With a revenue share or equity model the upfront cost is lower or zero, and we participate in the product's success instead. We define the model together before a single line of code is written.

Three. Fixed price: classic project pricing for your finished software or app, delivered in days. Revenue share: you pay a monthly percentage of the product's revenue. Equity: we take a small stake in the company — usually for early-stage startups without revenue. Combinations are possible.

In revenue share and equity partnerships we invest technology and rely on our partner to invest in sales, marketing and expertise. If it doesn't work, the partnership is simply dissolved. In fixed-price projects you receive the agreed deliverable and we stay available for maintenance and further development. We retain the technology IP rights unless they are purchased from us.

Yes. You decide where your product runs — AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, European providers like Hetzner or OVH, or directly on your own infrastructure (on-prem or your existing cloud account). We are technology-agnostic on the hosting side. The internal development tech stack — our AI engine, orchestration layer and code generation pipeline — is proprietary and operated by us.

Where are your servers located? Do you offer EU / German hosting?

Yes. For DACH and EU clients we host primarily in Frankfurt, Berlin and other EU regions, so all production data stays inside the European Union. For international and US clients we use US East/West regions and global edge deployments for low latency. If your compliance requires a specific region or your own cloud account, we deploy directly there. You always know where your data lives.

Is your infrastructure SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 compliant?

Yes. Our database runs on a SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA-compliant backend. Application hosting takes place in ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified data centers. This means your product inherits enterprise-grade controls for security, availability, confidentiality and (where relevant) protected health information from day one — without you having to certify the underlying infrastructure yourself.

How do you handle GDPR and data protection?

Our entire infrastructure is built to be GDPR-compliant by default. We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with every sub-processor we use, keep an up-to-date list of processors, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and apply role-based access controls. EU customer data is hosted in EU regions unless you explicitly choose otherwise. On request we provide a tailored DPA between Oxira GmbH and your company.

Can I take over the technology later?

Yes. Everything is built on a dedicated server for the customer. All data is separated, and the full codebase lives in a GitHub repository that can be handed over at any time. The prerequisite is that the project is purchased by the partner or a third party.
